2018... Where did you go?

I guess 2018 was a busy year! It's gone in a flash. No updates. No blog posts. Barely hanging on by the seat of our pants. But that's what happens when you have a couple of businesses, right? Maybe I'll do better this year. Maybe not. But here is a teensy peek into our 2018 world.

We did a few weddings! Weddings are a tremendous amount of work. I mean, dayyyys and days. I imagine it takes two of us, 5 solid days of work to do a wedding. And those aren't 8 hour days. Wedding day itself is a 15 hour day! But we love what we do!

This is Brenden & Dondi's wedding! They are an amazing and super fun couple. We had a great time doing this wedding! This one took longer than 5 days... We brought a lot of decor. We had staff on as well, to help with the set up, flowers, and dinner service. Thank goodness! But WowZa did the hall look great!

The sweetheart table was a stunner, complete with cow hide rug.

In July we did Stephanie and Radek's backyard wedding. I love to see these photos, and think about what we started with - which is the driveway, patio, and garage. Sound like a beautiful setting? Well they did have quite a view. And with a few props, panels, pillars and lights, wah-lah. Venue!

These yummy candles were one of my favorite details of this wedding.

And then there was Hayley and Jack's wedding. What a good time that was. The venue was Rogue River Lodge, which are just good people, and a beautiful setting!
